Visual Diary – Sassafraz for Summerlicious

In the heart of Yorkville, there is a yellow, Victorian house -aka- Sassafraz Restaurant.
…my mom, Regina and I went there this past Saturday.

After trying their summerlicious menu, we went shopping at Holt Renfrew.
Perfect weekend.

Very strange Celine heels! Love them or hate them?

Toronto, Canada had the biggest snow storm in 5 years. I got to leave work early and cuddle with friends on a Friday night.

The storm blanketed my lovely city with 30+ cm of snow..

After the chaos, the storm left a winter wonderland Saturday morning and I took the opportunity to wear my favourite winter coat with (Faux) fur collar and don my fur hat with fur boots.

This was the outcome:

El Retiro is my playground

Jardines del Buen Retiro or Parque del Buen Retiro, literally “Gardens” or “Park of the Pleasant Retreat”

Wandering around the park and seeing sculptures, monuments (Monument to Alfonxo XII), Crystal Palace, a peaceful lake and a number of art galleries. El Retiro is perfect for a simple stroll and a picnic, while in the heart of Madrid, Spain.
